"For those in your mid-twenties, don't ever be complacent. Venture beyond your comfort zone. Work in another country if you can. Expose yourself to a different environment and culture. Volunteer for challenging work assignments. To grow personally and professionally, immerse yourself in the unfamiliar. Get comfortable with uncertainty."
