Cliff uses behavioural and data sciences to drive positive behaviour change among customers and employees as CEO of BS Works. His work directly impacts revenues and workplace productivity.
Cliff built and sold a software company in 2007, built and grew an intelligent lighting and IOT company across 10 countries in Asia, and was board director at Magenic Manila from inception until its 2021 acquisition by NASDAQ-listed Cognizant.
He is board director at UnionDigital Bank and several other finance and technology firms.

He authored the book Sh*tty Places & Selfish People, 7 Rules of Engagement.

Cliff has a Master's in Behavioural Science (with Distinction) from the London School of Economics, an MBA, and a Master's in Philosophy from the University of Navarre (Spain). He has two undergraduate degrees in Socio-Legal Sciences and Philosophy (with Distinction).
He has conducted a large scale randomised controlled experiment across 74,000 electric utility customers for his dissertation on Behavioural Nudging for Prompt Payments.
